You can easily get there by taxi; it costs about RMB 35 from downtown.
Alternatively, take Subway Line 5 to Tiantandongmen Station (East Gate of the Temple of Heaven), then walk from Exit B to Tiyuguan Lu, and finally turn left onto Xingfu Street. The theater will be on your right.
